Age 24, son of Robert and Ann Wilson of 15 Railway Terrace, Haltwhistle. Killed in action. Joined the NER as a lad porter on 15 July 1907 at Haltwhistle and was promoted to goods porter special on 19 July 1913. He enlisted on 25 January 1916, joining the reserve battalion of the NER Pioneers.
