19 son of Ann Strong of Chelsea House, Shield Row, West Stanley. <br />Able Seaman T. Strong, Royal Naval Division, is reported to have died at Alexandria Hospital on December 16, 1915, from wounds received at the<br />Dardanelles.<br />Mr. Strong joined the N.E.R. service on June 30, 1913, as casual gangman at Annfield Plain, but left<br />on March 25, 1914. He returned on July 20, 1914, only to enlist a month later.
