Aged 19, son of Henry and Johanna Caseley of 26 Halcyon Road, Newton Abbot. Caseley entered the GWR service in May 1912, as an engine cleaner at Newton Abbot. In Decemebr 1913, he was appointed fireman at Swansea. <br /><br />The GWR Magazine reports his age as 20 when he died. The GWR Magazine reports that his battalion was the 3rd. The GWR Magazine also lists different spellings of his name 'Casely' on page 175 and 'Caseley' on page 207.
