Notes

Age 38, son of Mr Charles Cross Bunfield and Mrs Martha Bunfield of 'Grassendale', Field House, Gaywood, King's Lynn. He worked for the Great Eastern Railway for 24 years before he enlisted January 1917. Bunfield died a month later after contracting spotted fever, at the 25th Stationary Hospital, Rouen.
