Aged 18, son of Edwin Henry and Eliza Arkinstall of 58 Lime's Road, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. Arkinstall was employed for about 3 years in the GWR service.<br /><br />On Commonwealth War Graves Commission down as 'Arkinstall, H'. The GWR Magazine reports his age as 19 when he died.
