Notes

In the obituary given in the June 1917 issue of the London and North Western Railway, it states that he joined the Colours in January 1916 in the West Kent Yeomanry, but was transferred to the Middlesex Regiment later, and went overseas in August 1916. He died during heavy fighting that took place on April 15th.
