Age 25, son of George and Alice J Allison; husband of Eleanor Allison of Roker House, South Cliff, Sunderland. Born Roker. Killed in action. Before the war Allison had been in the Northumberland Hussars (Yeomanry) and was mobilised in August 1914. He saw much fighting in France and was granted a commission in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
