Notes

Aged 30, son of Annie and the late Henry Allen of Little Oakley, near Harwich, Essex. He joined the GER on the 16th March 1914. He was a reservist who was recalled in 1914. He was wounded on the 1st July 1916 and died from his wounds. <br /><br />The GER Magazine reports that he died two days after being wounded.
