Aged 24. Adams joined the GWR Service at Swindon in June 1914. He had previously been at Dorchester where he entered Company's service in March 1913.<br /><br />The GWR Magazine reports the department as both Passenger and Traffic. There are many possible 'Adams, W' on Commonwealth War Graves Commission that could be him.
